"I had the pleasure of attending the E-type technical seminar, along with a friend, and we both thought that it was an extremely useful day.  I found it particulary good to meet new people with similar interests and to discover that they have gone through the same sorts of problems and joys when rebuilding one of these very special cars.

 

The staff at CMC were excellent, and obviously put a lot of effort and time into preparing for us all! It was a good idea to have four small groups on themed area of the cars - I made copious notes in all of them and was pleased it continued after lunch - especially as we had a three hour trip to get there ( a morning may have been a bit too compacted)

 

Well done for organising it, I look forward to the next event.

The E-type Club has joined forces with Jaguar specialists Classic Motor Cars (CMC) of Bridgnorth to produce a Seminar suitable for E-type owners of all technical abilities.  The day will be split into four workshops:

 

  • Welding
  • Electrics
  • Trimming Upholstery
  • Suspension and handling

      •  

      As in previous seminars, the workshops will be driven by your personal questions and interests.  This is your opportunity to pick the brains of our experts and gain a real insight into what makes your E-type tick.

       

      We will be holding the next E-type Technical Seminar in October 2007.
