The Jaguar E-type Club is supported by a dedicated band of volunteer Representatives, who organise events and activities for their area. See the E-type magazine for contact information. They are, naturally, great Jaguar E-type enthusiasts.

UK Events:
West Midlands
Saturday 26 – Sunday 27 April: Drive It Day.
Starting with dinner at Eckington Manor (www.eckingtonmanor.co.uk) with optional overnight stay on the Saturday followed by a drive out with lunch around the Cotswolds on the Sunday 27. Starts at 18.00pm with tickets at £5 at this beautiful venue in the Worcestershire countryside.
UK - East Midlands
1 – 3 May 2026 - The Donington Historic Festival.
The club has arranged discounted infield display parking for club members and I will be in attendance on Saturday and Sunday. 23 cars attended last year, more would be very welcome! Please contact Anne Mitchell (mrs.anne.mitchell@gmail.com) for ticket purchase information.
7 June 2026 - Summer Meeting.
Deene Park, near Corby. Our Summer Meeting this year will be at the Northamptonshire Classic & Performance Motor Show at Deene Park. I have arranged for a dedicated East Midlands E-Type Club and XK Club display stand. Members from all regions are very welcome. Bring a picnic. 5 July - The Stilton Cheese Run.
Our first tulip run of the season will start in the Loughborough area, winding past the various creameries that make the fabled Stilton cheese. There will be an observation competition. No need to guess what the prize will be.
Late September - End of Season Tulip Run
Our second tulip run will be set in the southern part of our area. There will be an observation competition for navigators (optional) Details of the run will be confirmed soon.
UK - Sussex
22 March
Break out from hibernation on 65th Geneva anniversary (a week late due to Mothering Sunday)
A drive out, in convoy, to The Spread Eagle in Midhurst, for a two course carvery lunch in The Great Barn, our dedicated dining area. 17 cars (32 people) are signed up to date and we have been offered dedicated parking outside the hotel. 28 March
Members are invited to visit the premises of CKL Developments, one of the premier racing and restoration houses of CD and E-type Jaguars. Meet at 10.00am.
CKL annually attends some of the world's most prestigious classic events such as Monterey week, Spa classic, Le Mans classic among others. Chris Keith - Lucas himself will be on hand to show us his fine business and offer us the best of coffee and cake. Please advise Neil Hart via email if you will be attending.
18 April
If you are attending the Goodwood breakfast meeting on Saturday, meet in the control tower cafeteria at 11.00am for coffee and bacon baps etc. Take your breakfast, after purchase at the counter, up to the top area to meet other E-type club members.
HQ will have a gazebo, to represent the club, with the usual books and regalia for sale. Your opportunity to pick up a club cap!
23 – 26 April
Trip to Ypres in Belgium for "Moules et Frites" and a tour of the Ypres Salient. Members will be laying a wreath, on behalf of the club, at The Menin Gate, Last Post ceremony. Please contact Neil Hart (cllpublications@gmail.com) if you would like to attend.

Magnificent Motors at Eastbourne on the Western Lawns on the seafront. An annual show at which we will have a dedicated club area. We have the private Arundel dining room booked at The Grand Hotel, a step away from the cars, where we will have a two course lunch (optional) in relaxed surroundings. 24 May
Great British Day Out, via Jaguar Forums.
Meet at Pease Pottage services, off the A23, then drive to Denbies vineyard, near Dorking for lunch etc. All details are on the Jaguar Forums website where you can book. All proceeds go to charity, I have confirmed this with the recipient charity. Please advise Neil Hart, via email, once you have booked with Jaguar Forums.
Sunday 12 July - Afternoon tea with live jazz.

UK Scotland - Ian Findlay
The E-type Club have been invited by the JEC to attend the Jaguar gathering at the Riverside Transport Museum Glasgow on 6 June, details below.
Ian Findlay is coordinating attendance from the E-type Club and the Scottish members already have the details but it is open to all club members. Details of the event from the JEC;
The Registration List for the 2026 Scottish Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Day (SJED) is now open. The event takes place on Saturday 6 June 2026 at the Riverside Museum, Glasgow, with a £10 per car entry (unlimited passengers), all in support of Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA). Alongside free access to the museum, we’ll be celebrating key Jaguar anniversaries, including the iconic E-type (65 years).
Saturday, 4 April 2026 10.00am - Classic Restorations (Scotland), Alyth, Perthshire
Graeme Johnstone (MD) has invited the club to their facility to show us around the cars they have stored on site, their stories, and the restoration process. Bacon rolls will be available to purchase from a local shop on arrival and tea/coffee and biscuits available during the tour. A light lunch will also be available after the tour for those who wish to stay.
Sunday, 26 April 2026 - Perthshire Classic Car Tour - The Glencoe Run
This is a yearly event hosted by the Perthshire Rotary Club - please find full information on their website https://www.perthrotary.co.uk/tour-info/
If you’re interested then please let Ian Findlay know, however, you will need to complete the entry form online for your car, participants etc. When you do this you’ll see a ‘Driver Group Preference’ box, if you put Ian’s name in the box it should allow you to drive in a group.
UK - Bristol & Somerset - Stephen Hill
Saturday 28 March - commencing from 8:30am at JPR Tuning, 390 North Road, Engine Common, Yate BS37 7LW.
This has proved a popular event for members over the past few years and Harry's advice and tuning expertise will get the most out of those carbs! Allow for 45 minutes per car to get set up, rolling road runs and swap over. Cost per vehicle approx £70 payable on day (Yet to finalise cost with Harry), plenty of bacon and sausage rolls and coffee while you wait.

UK - Oxfordshire/Berkshire - David Hartwell
David Hartwell will be at Browns Classics https://www.brownsclassics.co.uk/ first Saturday of every month, free to enter, lots of lovely classics and proceeds from bacon butties and coffees towards Thames Valley Air Ambulance. Let David know if you are attending and he’ll make sure to find you there.
David also registered for the Hampton Court Concours of Elegance on Saturday 5 September - so he’ll see you there!

23 July 2026 - Lunchtime visit to Lore of the Sky at Compton Abbas Airfield, near Salisbury, SP5 5AP
Last year some of the Hampshire members of both XK Club and E-type Club, visited the Lore of the Sky for lunch during the Warbirds event at the airfield. This made for a very enjoyable day with our cars all parked up in the Paddock with the aircraft as a backdrop.

16 August 2025 - Simply Jaguar at Beaulieu
Michael has requested a display area for E-type Club and XK Club again this year, following the great importance that members let me know that they are attending so that Beaulieu allocates the required amount of space.
