Peninsulas & Passes Ireland

Peninsulas & Passes Ireland

May 31- June 4, 2026

Exploring South West Ireland from Killarney Dreamlike landscapes and dramatic coastlines, this is Ireland at its picturesque best. The coastline of the South West is a meandering mix of inlets, coves and peninsulas. Inland, the landscape is scarcely less rugged: throughout the region, farmland is interspersed with rocky outcrops and bogs which break up the luscious green vistas. The region has been made famous by the epic rallying that has taken place, stages such as Molls Gap, the Healey and Connor passes. To build the anticipation before we drive these hallowed roads, we will be briefed by the ‘voice of Irish rallying’ Plum Tyndall, who has spent his life following the sport and documenting it via his production company. This tour will be enjoyed from a fabulous four star Randles Hotel townhouse situated within walking distance from the centre of Killarney. Nestled in County Kerry in the southwest of Ireland, this vibrant town offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, Irish heritage, and warm hospitality.

A Classic Car Tour Through Yorkshire’s Grandest Roads An exceptional touring experience through the sweeping landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales, based at the refined Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa. This elegant retreat near Skipton offers a luxurious base from which to explore some of Northern England’s most scenic and storied roads. This is a journey designed for driving purists, history lovers, and those who savour the pleasures of the open road - where every mile reveals a new vista, a characterful pub, or a hidden gem in God’s Own Country. Route highlights include the Ribblehead viaduct, cruise along winding dales roads to this iconic feat of Victorian engineering. The dramatic backdrop of the Three Peaks frames one of the most photogenic moments of the tour. Buttertubs Pass – One of the UK’s most thrilling driving roads. This high moorland route between Hawes and Swaledale delivers tight twists, sweeping bends, and unforgettable views. Forest of Bowland – Designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this quieter, less-travelled region offers serene, sinuous roads and rich wildlife, connecting beautifully to the Dales and adding variety to your driving adventure. Throughout the tour, you’ll experience the unique character of the Yorkshire Dales — dry stone walls tracing rolling hills, sheep-dotted fells, and winding country roads that seem tailor-made for vintage driving.
