I was sad to hear about the closure of CMC in Bridgnorth at the end of February, for many reasons. The company had always been very supportive to us as a club, they were local to Club HQ and it is never good to hear of any business closing as it affects so many. A couple of the people who worked there have set up on their own, so I would like to give them a mention to get them off to a good start.

He has over 30 years experience in classic cars and now offers services including collection curation, authentication, historical reference, valuations, probate, expert witness/litigation, project management, pre-purchase inspection, accident repair management and more. Craig Brush was the special projects manager and specialist auto electrician at CMC. He now specialises in electrical and mechanical repairs, bespoke upgrades, diagnostics, recommissioning, and preservation. Another business that provides wonderful support to club members is Hilton & Moss. They are holding another open day for members on Saturday 11 July. It is free to attend, but because they kindly provide refreshments they would like you to book in advance through the Club website. They are based in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.
