1971 Series II Roadster for sale
Reluctantly, I am selling my beautiful, very original, signal red Roadster which was restored by XK Engineering a few years ago and maintained by the lovely people at CMC, sadly no longer.
This is a UK (RHD) car, supplied by Henlys to its first owner in 1971 and comes with a Jaguar Heritage certificate, full matching numbers and a huge history file. Only 370+ UK Series II Roadsters were ever built.
I have photographic evidence of the full restoration and a further full, glass-out, repaint within the last four years, which still looks amazing. The interior is 99% concours too. The roof is immaculate, being of mohair.
Having covered only a little over 10,000 miles, 3,000 in the last year, since restoration, she is running beautifully, with a rebuilt differential etc. only 50 miles ago.
She is shod with Blockley rubber, on as-new Turrino aluminium-rimmed competition wheels.
Price by negotiation. Please call Neil Hart, Sussex Representative on 0798 466 7383 for more information, or email: cllpublications@gmail.com
